Review
I recently discovered Loren’s Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough in the organic freezer section of a local grocery store, and I couldn’t have been more excited to try it! Not only was I thrilled to find a delicious treat that was Vegan, but the convenience of the pre-cut dough made the whole experience even better. I bought a package and couldn’t wait to bake the cookies that very evening.
The dough is easy to work with, and I love that it’s ready to go—no need to scoop or measure anything! Since there are no eggs, I felt completely comfortable enjoying a bit of the dough raw, which was just as tasty as when it was baked. If you prefer soft and chewy cookies, these take around 10 minutes to bake to perfection. For a more crispy, crunchy texture, they take a bit longer.
Personally, I love soft and chewy cookies, so I baked mine for just about 10 minutes. The result was absolutely delicious. The cookies were perfectly gooey and rich, with generous chunks of chocolate in every bite. The flavor is incredible—sweet but not overwhelmingly so—and the texture was exactly what I was hoping for.
